маса

Евхаристијата или главен светотаинско прослава на Црквата, основана од Исус на Тајната вечера, во која се обновува на тајната на нашето спасение преку учество во жртвениот смрт и славно воскресение на Исус Христос и остварува. Масата го обновува пасхалната жртва на Христос како жртва понудени од страна на Црквата. Тоа се нарекува "маса" (од латинскиот missa), бидејќи на "мисијата" или "испраќање" со која литургиското прославување заклучува (латински: "Ite, Missa проц") (. 1332; CF 1088, 1382, 2192) .
