epektong Pigou

Ito ay ipinangalan pagkatapos ni Arthur Pigou (1877-1959), isang uri ng epekto ng kayamanan na nagbubunga ng pagbaba ng presyo ng bilihin. Ang pagbaba sa antas ng presyo ay nagpapataas sa tunay na halaga ng ipon ng tao, ginagawa silang parang mas mayaman at nagdudulot sa kanila upang gumastos ng mas malaki. Ang pagtaas ng pangangailangan ay nagdudulot sa mataas na trabaho.
