You can easily reset your password through the Sign In page. To do that: 1. Click on the Forgot Password? Link. 2. Type the email address you have used when you sign up to Lookna and click Reset. 3. Check your email for your new temporary password that you can use to log in. 4. Change your password immediately. 5. Once you have successfully reset your password, delete the email immediately. Remember, Lookna will never ask you for your email address, password, or any other account information in any email we send to you. Never share your password with anyone.
